Tangy Cranberry Relish
Serve with whole grain crackers for a tangy appetizer or pair with a pork dish for a sumptuous side dish.
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 small oranges
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans
- In a food processor, chop cranberries and spoon into a bowl. In a food processor, chop whole oranges (skin and all).
- Add to the bowl of cranberries (do not chop oranges and cranberries together because the cranberry pieces will become too small in the time it takes to chop the oranges).
- Stir in sugar and Nature's Eats Pecan Pieces. Chill overnight, stir and serve as a side dish.
