Nutty Broccoli Corn Bread
Cut into 2 inch squares and serve. Delicious with soups, chili or barbecue!
- 2 boxes corn bread mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 box broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 (12 ounce) carton cottage cheese
- 1½ sticks of butter
- 1½ cups Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans
- Melt butter in 9 x 3 x 2 inch pan.
- Mix Corn Bread Mix, eggs, broccoli and cottage cheese and Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans together to form a batter.
- Pour into pan with melted butter. Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes.
