Candy Sugar Coated Pecans

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2½ to 3 cups Nature's Eats Pecan Halves


  • Beat egg white until foamy.
  • Slowly beat in the brown sugar mixed with flour.
  • Add salt and vanilla flavoring, then fold in Nature's Eats Pecan Halves.
  • Transfer pecans to a greased baking pan and bake at 250°F for about 45 minutes.
