No-Bake Pumpkin S'mores Bars

- 1 cup Walnut Flour
- 1 tbsp Walnut Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil Melted
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Cacao Spread or Hazelnut Spread
- ¼ cup Vegan Mini Marshmallows
In medium bowl mix together flour, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
Spread evenly into a lightly sprayed loaf pan or similar sized dish.
Spread pure pumpkin on top of bottom layer.
In a small bowl, melt cacao spread (or use gooey hazelnut spread). Drizzle over pumpkin layer and top with mini marshmallows.
Sprinkle with left over 1 tbsp of walnut flour or use graham cracker crumbs.
Lightly press down with a spatula. Freeze for a minimum of one hour. Cut into bars and devour!
